EVENT: Make Your Own Wall Art Sip 'N Paint

Everyone has an artistic side and we're going to help you access yours! Whether it's your first time holding a paintbrush or you're a seasoned artist, you'll be guided step-by-step on how to create something that represents you.

The theme of this workshop is 'Tropical Sunset' to reflect the warmer season and our connection to nature. You'll be using a mix of modern and traditional techniques by African-Caribbean artists to create a botanical collage of colour and expression.

By the end of the workshop you will have produced an A3-sized artwork (see above) that you can hang in your home or give as a gift.

Your art tutor will be Layiah, a London-based creative who specialises in contemporary Black art.

All materials will be provided, along with a complimentary cocktail or non-alcoholic drink and snacks.
